It can be a bit daunting starting a relationship with a coach  and a new fitness regime but he quickly put me at ease. 

I've enjoyed all of my workouts and working towards my goals, he has a great sense of humour and knows how to push you to your full potential. I would wholeheartedly recommend Johnathan regardless of where you are at with your fitness to help you smash your goals!
