There is often a disconnect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle; we know what’s good for our bodies, but we don’t always act accordingly. I aim to bridge the gap between 'knowing' and 'doing', by catering to your personal circumstances. Whether it is weight loss or weight management, or developing a healthy relationship with food and fitness, I will coach you through the process of learning and adapting to help you achieve your goals.

Weekly check-ins to keep you on track, photos to keep reminding us where you have been and learning materials to keep you on track now and for the future.

I will keep you focused on the result - but it will be a challenge, there is no easy path. There will be days where you might want to give up, but you will have the support here with me to push through, because I believe you can do this.

The Building Blocks To Success

Our first session...

 

We start by conducting an overview of your lifestyle:

  • Your  work and your possible challenges surrounding work/ life balance. 

  • Your weekend activities, lifestyle and habits.

  • Your motivations for waking up in the morning.

  • Your general food intake.

  • Your general physical activity levels.

 

We take a deep dive into the emotional environment that is around you:

  • Sleep.

  • Stress.

  • Recovery.

  • Wellbeing.

  • Mental Health.

You will learn about food (macros, quality and quantity of food. and all things in between) and we start to introduce actions you can take right away to start making positive change. 

Through the coaching phase, our ultimate goal is to educate and build the steps so you can continue without me.
